V-sit

Progressions toward the V-sit

ON my path toward the V-sit, I am at the level of being quite comfortable to hold the L-sit during roughly a minute.

L-sit position

From there, I should aim to improve my harmstring flexibility to straighten up those legs, my hip flexor mobility to raise my legs (compression strength) and gain the strength to lean backward for the V-sit.
